We exist to make the Australian EV market legible: what an EV is actually advertised for, how many listings stand behind that price, and when there are no current listings to answer from at all.

Every price comes from real advertised cars we collected and counted. No estimates, no index, no algorithmic guess.
Each price names the week it describes and when its listings were last checked. When those listings are no longer current, we label it a last-known price and never use it to judge an offer.
When there are no current listings to answer from, we say so and publish no price. When there are only a few, we say that too. An empty answer is still honest.
What we publish
We focus on one market, one schedule, and one set of terms. Each week, we cover Australia, and every car we track fits into one of four categories: a current price, a last-known price, no current price (with the reason), or not seen for sale in Australia. This is our complete set of terms — nothing else is implied.
The advertised price of the used listings still advertised when the week closed — 500 km or more on the odometer, from a site checked in the last 30 days, each physical car counted once. With one listing it is that listing’s asking price; with two or more it is the median. The number of listings is stated beside every figure, and a figure resting on only a few listings says so. Not a sale price, not a valuation, not a prediction. Where we can measure movement against the previous weekly update, we state it, along with how many listings were present in both.
